In order to curate the best possible shopping experience, our line is split into 2 different fulfillment locations. One location is to be fulfilled directly from Love Classic's location, the second location is to be fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier, drop shipped.

 

REGULAR RETAIL PRICED ITEMS


RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to start a return process by logging into your account to start your return process! 


All items must be in their original, unworn condition and cannot be washed, worn, damaged, or altered. All original tags must be still in tact and attached.

Return shipping fee is provided by the customer. 

 

ITEMS FULFILLED FROM LOVE CLASSIC'S LOCATION

Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays) after they have been received. All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days after the post marks your package delivered.

 

ITEMS FULFILLED BY DROP SHIPPING

Returns are accepted within 7 days after the post marks your package delivered and all items must be shipped back within 7 days of submission.

Please allow 5-7 business days to fully process your return.

All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment

EXCHANGES

 

ITEMS FULFILLED FROM LOVE CLASSIC'S LOCATION

We are excited to offer exchanges for your purchased items for a different color and/or size! Customers are able to request an official exchange by simply emailing us at hello@loveclassic.com. Email us within the 30 days after the Post marks your package delivered! After the 30 days, we will no longer accept any exchange requests. 


Don’t worry! The first round of exchange shipping costs is on us! If you are still not satisfied and would like to request another exchange, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

 

ITEMS FULFILLED BY DROP SHIPPING

No exchanges are offered at this time. 

 

ON SALE PRICED ITEMS

 

RETURNS

Any items on sale and any items on clearance sale are FINAL SALE.

 

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer any exchange requests for items that were on sale during purchase or on clearance.



RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS:

 

For all RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  • All items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • All socks must still have the original packaging intact and undamaged.

 

For all GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
