How to make a return?
We kindly ask that you send one email per request so our team can respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. Multiple emails may cause delays. Thank you so much for your patience—we genuinely appreciate you and are here to help.
I really just changed my mind, I don't have a real reason why. Can I still make the return?
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to return your item even if you simply changed your mind. We believe in keeping our return process open, easy, and transparent for our customers.
How do I start my return?
Log into your account, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and choose the return option to begin the process.
What if I don't have an account or create one during my checkout process?
You can request a return by emailing us at hello@loveclassic.com. Please include your order number in the subject line and let us know that an account was not created. Be sure to list the item(s) you’d like to return.
How long until I get a response back?
Please allow 24–72 hours for our team to respond. Our customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM ET. We are closed on Sundays.
What if Post marks as delivered and my package is not here?
If the tracking shows the package as delivered, the carrier’s policy requires the recipient to contact their local post office directly to help locate it. Since we are the sender, they ask that we pass this information along so you can give them a call for further assistance. We wish we could help further, and please keep us posted. It’s very important to us to make sure all packages are successfully delivered.
